If you don't like spiders, then this information report isn't for you.  Did you know that there are more than 400,000 spiders in the world and many more living in the Frankley School Bush?


Appearance
Daddy Long Legs have colourings of yellow and are also transparent (of a material or article allowing light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen). They have got little dots all over with very long legs.  Daddy long-legs have one oval shaped fused body-head-abdomen, also called a cephalothrox.
Breeding
Daddy long legs eggs take time to hatch it takes a year. Daddy long legs lay more than 200 eggs at a time.
Habitat
When there are Predators (another creature that eats them) around they climb to get away from them.daddy long legs play dead to stop  Predators from eating them.


Daddy long legs are great to observe because they have very interesting body parts and they are a part of our Frankley School bush.
